For massage therapists and clinics
We are opening in Oslo first
You set the price. You keep all of it.
Gaiso gives you your own booking page with your treatments, your prices and your staff. The customer pays the booking fee on top, so what you set as your price is what you get.
01
Price
What it costs
You get 100 % of the price you set. The booking fee is added on top and paid by the customer — it is not taken out of your share.
No joining fee, no monthly fee and no lock-in. A month without bookings costs you nothing.
The fee is a plain percentage with no floor and no ceiling, and the customer sees it on a line of its own before confirming.
You are paid once the appointment has taken place, into the bank account registered to your organisation number.

Tools
What you get
Your own booking page, with a link and a QR code you can share — in the window, on Instagram, in your signature.
One calendar per therapist. Two customers cannot end up in the same slot with the same therapist; the database prevents it.
Treatments with several variants: the same massage at thirty, sixty or ninety minutes, each with its own price.
Add a treatment, a product or extra time while the customer is still with you, and send one payment request by text message.
Opening hours and time off per therapist, so a closed day disappears from the customer’s time picker straight away.
Confirmation and reminder go to the customer by text message. You set your own cancellation rules.

Setup
How to get started
You need your organisation number and a quarter of an hour. Nothing is visible to customers until you publish it yourself.
Organisation number
We fetch your name and address from the national business register, so you do not have to type them out.
Your treatments
Start from a ready-made template or build your own. You set the length and the price.
Staff and working hours
Working on your own, it is just you — one tap. With more of you, each gets their own calendar.
Publish
Your page goes live and can be booked. You can change prices and hours whenever you want.
Caveat
And if the bank is not done with you yet
Before we can take card payments on your behalf, the bank has to approve you — that is a legal requirement, and not something we can step around. But you should not have to sit and wait for us: in the meantime your page is open for booking, and the customer pays you directly, the way they do today. We take no booking fee then, because there is no payment to take a fee from. Once the approval is through, online payment switches itself on.

Questions
Short answers to what people ask
- Do I need a sole proprietorship or a limited company?
- You need a registered business with an organisation number. A sole proprietorship is enough, and it is the shortest way through the bank approval.
- What if I already have a booking system?
- Then run Gaiso alongside it, with only some of your hours entered here. You decide yourself which working hours are open on this side.
- Who owns the customers?
- The agreement about the treatment is between the customer and you. Gaiso arranges the booking and handles the payment; we do not come between you and your customer.
- Can I sell products?
- Yes. Oils, multi-treatment cards and anything else you sell at the desk can be added to a booking, and the customer gets a single payment request for all of it.
- When do I get the money?
- After the appointment has taken place. If the customer cancels within the deadline you have set, they are refunded before anything has been paid out.
